Memphis Recovery Center, Inc. Youth Program

Memphis Recovery Centers (MRC) Youth Program provides professional treatment of drug and alcohol dependency for teens in a caring and confidential atmosphere. We offer both residential and outpatient treatment, depending on the needs of the individual. MRC also supports those who experience co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders, by integrating dual diagnosis treatment into the program.

Intervention

Alliance Healthcare Services

Provides comprehensive mental health and case management to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, physician assistants, nurses, pharmacists, social workers, counselors, support and administrative staff.

Provides social/recreational services and programs to low-income families in Tipton, Fayette, Lauderdale, Shelby and Haywood counties.

Memphis Crisis Center

Serves as an emotional lifeline through compassionate, non-judgmental 24-hour live telephone support, providing intervention, information, and referral. Assists clients with immediate problems and link them with long-term resources needed to cope and overcome.

Assists African Americans and other ethnic groups to expand economic opportunities and secure parity, power and civil rights. Education and Youth Development offers supplemental education services that address academic achievement and leadership among high school students. Workforce and Economic Development offers job readiness, job placement assistance, and computer training.
